1Acceptance of Terms

4Deposits & Withdrawals

9Limitation of Liability

jiliplay888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiliplay888 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10Account Suspension & Closure

jiliplay888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to pass identity verification or age verification checks.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment provider.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to our standard verification procedures.
